While prioritizing children's growth, we constantly strive to enhance the quality of our relationships with customers and business partners through attentiveness, sincerity, consideration, and enthusiasm. Our group believes that fostering an environment where we build trust with our clients and share in the joy of children's growth is essential for children navigating the future. We recognize that creating a secure and comfortable workplace for our employees is fundamental to building this environment. Therefore, we strive to practice management that embraces diversity and respects the human rights, individuality, and values of all employees.
Our group values its work environment and protects the human rights and dignity of each employee. To continue providing high-quality service, we have established a basic policy regarding customer harassment.

(1) Actions subject to this policy

・Physical assault (assault, battery, etc.)
・Psychological assault (threats, slander, defamation, etc.)
・Threatening or intimidating behavior (verbal abuse, forcing someone to kneel, etc.)
・Discriminatory remarks (based on gender, nationality, etc.)
・Unjust or excessive demands
・Acts that disrupt business operations (prolonged detention, repeated complaints, etc.)
・Acts that damage the reputation of our group, employees, or classrooms
・Spreading or posting online false information, including exaggerated or fabricated content
・Secret filming, stalking, obscene acts, lewd remarks, sexual harassment, etc.
※The above examples of prohibited conduct are based on the “Corporate Manual for Countermeasures Against Customer Harassment” issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. These examples are illustrative and not exhaustive.

(2) Measures against Customer Harassment

【Internal Measures】
・We conduct training on customer harassment awareness and response methods.
・We have established response protocols for customer harassment incidents.
・We collaborate with law enforcement and external experts (such as attorneys) to ensure appropriate handling.

【External Measures】
While the majority of our customers use our group's services without encountering the issues described above, unfortunately, should any such behavior occur, we may take the following measures.: ・We will engage in rational discussions to seek a reasonable resolution and strive to build a better relationship.
・If we determine the incident constitutes customer harassment, we will take firm action to protect our employees.
・If the behavior is deemed malicious, we will collaborate with the police and external specialists (lawyers, private risk management firms) to handle the matter appropriately.
