- November Nov.
  1989 Tact Co., Ltd. established at 2-9-5 Higashisakata Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture as School IE, a prep school that provided thorough individual education.
- January Jan.
  1997 The FC Division office is set up and development of school franchses began.
- June Jun.
  2000 WinBe, an English conversation school staffed with native speakers, established and combined with School IE to form IE Square, a comprehensive education group.
- March Mar.
  2001 Child Eyes is established to teach pre-school children and added to IE Square. In May of 2006, the Head Office moves to 2-24-2 Hatchobori, Chuo City, Tokyo.
- May May.
  2008 The Taiwan affiliate, Taiwan Tact Education Co., Ltd. is established
- May May.
  2008 Tact School IE opens
- September Sep.
  2008 Kids Duo established as both a pre-school and after-school program conducted in English

  2010 In-house think tank, Institute for Development of Independence is established (Name changed to Institute of Scientific Research in Motivation in February 2018)

Service

An international network of 2,200 schools, from individual education to sports. YARUKI Switch group is a general education group with individual education cram schools, early childhood classes, kids sports schools,
English conversation schools for children, English afterschool childcare, bilingual kindergarten and childcare facilities throughout Japan.
We support the education of over 130,000 children in 2,200 schools within Japan and internationally.
We cheer on the dreams and lives of children around the world by finding the jewel inside each and every single one and explore the infinite possibilities within them.
